The nanny requirements profile
You as a family and your child are very special individuals. This is exactly what needs to be taken into account when choosing the right caregiver. In the personal conversation with you as a family, your initial situation will be considered and your requirements and wishes defined. For example, you should provide key data on language skills, cultural requirements, indications of the nanny’s hobbies, for example, and much more. At the end of our interview, your personal requirements profile will be drawn up on this basis. You and your child are always the focus of attention. Your future care solution should be as unique as you are as a family.
The nanny selection process
Trust, reliability and flexibility are the decisive factors which your future nanny must be able to offer. In order to find the best among the best for you, every nanny has to go through a multi-stage selection process.
In a first step, the profile is checked and assessed on the basis of the curriculum vitae and the associated certificates. In a second step, a personal conversation or interview is held, during which working tools are applied that have been developed by me specifically for the task of placing a nanny with a child. This enables the assessment of the qualifications on the one hand and the very specific abilities on the other hand which are essential for the daily work of a nanny. It goes without saying that in this step the personality, i.e. the character, of the nanny is also highlighted. Subsequently, references are obtained and, if necessary, further relevant background checks carried out. Now different pieces of the puzzle can be put together to provide an extremely impressive picture of a person.
The nanny-finding phase
Here the aim is to reconcile the requirements profile drawn up with you in detail with the nanny profiles that are available.
