Loving nanny for a newborn – 100% – Risch (canton Zug)

Lampentasche is a specialized nanny placement agency in Switzerland. We are looking for a reliable and flexible nanny for a dynamic family with a 2.5-month-old child (born in July 2026) — someone who feels comfortable in an upscale private environment and works with a high degree of professionalism. The family lives in Risch near Rotkreuz in the canton of Zug. The position is available immediately. A small dog completes the family.

Responsibilities:

• This position requires the nanny to be available at various times depending on the parents’ schedule, primarily Monday through Friday; occasional Saturday mornings would also be ideal
• Top priority is caring for the baby and making sure she is doing well
• Duties will include: baby care, preparing bottles with the understanding of formula feeding, later on preparing and introducing solid food, taking the child for walks, maintaining sleep routines, age-appropriate play activities based on sound pedogeological expertise (including attending music or swimming lessons, for example) and assisting with the evening routine
• Smaller excursions when the child gets older
• Accompanying the family on trips (mainly within Switzerland and Europe for business travel, internationally for private matters for a few weeks per year)
• Supporting the family wherever needed, depending on your work location
• Additional evening shifts would be desirable, subject to agreement

Requirements:

• Reliable, passionate, and proactive person with a warm and endearing personality who enjoys being part of the family
• This position requires a high degree of flexibility and a professional work ethic
• Good judgment and discretion to ensure the family’s privacy
• Transparent and open communication skills
• Experience with newborns, ideally supported by formal training
• Several years of experience with children of this age in a daycare setting, as a nanny, in a similar position, or as a mother of adult children
• A driver’s license and a car are absolutely required
• English on a native level; Ukrainian or Russian skills is a plus
